Mumbai: Renu Dala, the daughter of celebrated cookbook author, TV host and renowned chef – the late Tarla Dalal is the legendary cook and blessed with a natural flair in culinary skills.
Renu Dalal’s first book Modern Vegetarian Recipes was launched in June 2018 which has various modern vegetarian recipes that are inventive, simple and easy to follow. These recipes blend a perfect fusion of eastern and western style of cooking have been authored keeping in mind the diverse age group – children and adults, both young and old.
After the success of her first book in India and overseas, Renu Dala will be soon launching her second book Simple & Delicious Vegetarian Recipes. In this new book, she has added new delightful recipes of beverages and soups. The recipes showcased in the book are bends of proteins, vegan and gluten-free for the health-conscious people. The book, printed in colour, will be launched in Mumbai and she will tour to different cities across India to promote the book.
Commenting on the same, Renu Dala said, “Food has to look good besides tasting good. The presentation of food has come to the forefront now. Smaller bites are also very popular. People are also health conscious these days and want healthy and tasty food.”
