United Hoteliers of Udaipur Initiative for Culinary Sector in Udaipur #UdaipurFigthsCorona

United Hoteliers of Udaipur (UHU) society have taken the initiative for the culinary sector in Udaipur #UdaipurFigthsCorona. It conducts an online cooking competition for home chefs and junior category (kids) in Udaipur, masterclass and cooking demos with experienced chefs and webinars to motivate and support the cause.

“Due to pandemic, many hoteliers have lost their lives worldwide. We believe small efforts can change and move things. UHU have decided to support the most suffered hoteliers of Udaipur who have lost their lives based on certain parameters,” said Chef Vimal Dhar.

A donation campaign has been initiated the collection would be used to distributed to the families of sufferers. This cause is also supported by sponsors where the lead sponsor is Good Dot.

Simultaneously efforts have been made to motivate everyone in the society with this home chef competition. This competition has been organised online which has 6 categories. Finale of the event will happen in Udaipur as per the pandemic guidelines on the 14th of August.

Chefs and hoteliers from all across the globe are supporting the cause by judging and talking about the burning topics in the panel discussions moderated by Chef Vimal Dhar.
